We're committed to serving amazing lifestyle and edutainment pieces. We kickstart the show as incredible Saxophonist, Bongane Sax serenading us as we step into the month of love. Then we take to a cheese farm as we get into the crux of cheese making, and how much of a unique process it is. Bongani Sax is back on our stage as we talk all things musical instruments and his journey to becoming, he then performs for us yet again. Moving onto Fashion, the catwalk at Nairobi Fashion Week shimmered with upcycled silks and reworked denim recently. Kenyan designers embraced a “Decarbonize” theme urging slower, longer‑lasting fashion. We wrap up the show with some self-defense as we explore the world of kick-boxing, martial arts, and jiu jutsi.

We kickstart the show by finding inspiring and creative ways to indulge in nutritious meals in our kitchens at home with a dietitian. The spirit of wellness continues throughout the show as we visit a yoga lounge with health experts emphasizing the significance of caring for our minds, bodies, and souls, we look into what sound baths are. As we wrap up the show, Gogo Nomalanga Manyosi, an 85-year-old who still believes in dreams coming true. A heartwarming journey on how she absolutely loves painting. She displays her artistic craft with all of us.

Music, Adventure, Gratitude | 26 December 2025

Gospel musician Mphaki Koli kickstarts the show with her lovely music as she performs for us and takes us through her journey with Grace and Gratitude. We then head to the West of Johannesburg at the Happy Island Water Park, a place where loved ones and thrill-seekers come together to cool off, unwind and make lasting memories. Thereafter, we take a look at various highlights and do a recap of the year that was. Seeing how our amazing producers shun the light on various elements that stood out on the show this year. The North-West Province called, and we most certainly answered. A fun filled adventure outdoors led us to some Zip Lining, and still on the outdoors and great times, we wrap up the last show of the year with a wonderful game of Croquet. We kickstart the show at the Soweto International Film Festival open night, where young creatives lit up the Soweto Theatre with colour, talent and stories reshaping the industry narrative. Then, we step into the festive spirit at the Christmas Market, where handcrafted gems, seasonal flavours and the magic of the holidays set the perfect tone for the season. We then dive into the world of beauty with the latest lash trends, as we visit a studio to unpack the importance of the correct way of lash installation and looking fabulous while at it. Still in the spirit of beauty, we take a look at maintenance. We explore injectables, skin and the dos and don'ts. Moving on to art, we spotlight the resilient artistry of Sandile Ndabukelwayo, whose newest body of work transforms disorder into breathtaking visual storytelling. Finally, singer-songwriter Mizz Dee sets the tone for the festive season as she takes us through her new music and the love for it all. Most certainly a jam-packed show to look forward to.

We then unpack an Art and Worship Night taking place as we sit down with Gospel Musician Khaya Mthethwa taking us through this experience. The Free State was an absolute buzz as Ficksburg celebrates the cherry harvesting season with a Sunday soul session, the Cherry Festival. And my oh my, what a fabulous time. We are also joined in the studio by legendary musician Ringo Madlingozi as he performs his new music for us, his album Ikhwelo. Definitely a jam-packed show to look forward to.

Bloemfontein is known as the City of Roses in the Free State. The annual Lemo Festival combined music, people, culture, and dreams in one marvelous space. The Pride Met Gala brought together fashion, identity and activism in one unforgettable night of bold self-expression. We then sat down with legendary icon, and veteran Dr or Mama Lillian Dube to most - unpacking her journey in the creative arts and celebrating various milestones. One of South Africa's greatest musicians, Zamajobe has returned to the music scene after a long worthwhile break. She has also embarked on a new business venture. Most certainly lots more to look forward to as we give you nothing but the very best in Lifestyle as well as Edutainment.

Heritage, Celebration, Music: 17 October 2025

We kickstart the show with the African Penguin, the only penguin species found on the African continent, and South Africa is home to most of the world's remaining population. We move over to a coffee experience filled with a great atmosphere, and a touch of culture in Sandton as a new Capaccino/ Dubai Chocolate is launched. The Great Train Race is more than just an event. It's a journey through heritage, community, and celebration. Still in the spirit of greatness and celebration, the University of South Africa – UNISA, hosted the prestigious Vice Chancellor's music concert recently. Themed the year of the voice, the event showcased the institution's various facets of music and also celebrated the mark of Professor Puleng Lenka Bula's successful first term as UNISA's Principal and Vice Chancellor. Definitely lost more to look forward to. We wrap up the show with Hillary Madlopha, Larry SA, a sensational musician hailing from Barberton in Mpumalanga. We then get to know the Trendz Live team a little better as they take us through their cultural heritage, traditions and the beaty there is.  We then move over to Nelson Mandela Square as it transformed into a stage where music, culture, and community came together in one powerful celebration of South African pride. A shot'left is always needed. Pretoria was a complete buzz as thousands of South Africans gathered on Heritage day at an attempt to break the Guinnes World Record for the world's largest braai. Nelson Mandela Bay in Gqheberha gives the Cape Recife Lighthouse a new life. It is a combination of history, luxury, and incredible ocean views. As we continue to travel, we explore how a short layover can turn into memorable moments and a story worth telling. We look into a City of love and light, Paris! Ending Heritage month in a bang, multi-award winning Maskandi artist, Phumlani Khumalo popularly known as Imfezemnyama's craft is described as eminent, contemporary and distinctive Zulu folk music, that can transform even the most modest and western music lover to a Zulu heritage fanatic.

Then we move over to a campaign launch that brought together leaders and visionaries on preserving our heritage. Jozi my Jozi. Now onto fashion with a cause, Dress code definitely plays a significant role in everyday etiquette. We take a look at some prints. In the ever-evolving landscape of luxury, exists a beacon of innovation and elegance. Extraordinary Jewelry designer, Lebo Mojaki and her Daughter, Deany Elizabeth Morr join us in studio as we unpack their pieces. Still in the spirit of heritage, we take a detour on a culinary lane embracing all things African Cuisine as well as culture. We also have an amazing Musical Duo Mavele and Tash performing some one of their favourite jams, proudly dressed in their Sesotho traditional attires. It brought together some of South Africa's most vibrant performers, uniting women in song and spirit. Still in the spirit of festivals, the annual resonance archive festival is an event that offers the rich history of archive and heritage. This year's theme is titled the pulse of memory, the power of story. We cross over to Comic Con Africa 2025. A definite scene to meet the cosplayers, the superfans, and a few characters you definitely won't find in any comic book. Now onto art. A form of expression that explores and advances visual art. The Jeleni & Phindi Art Gallery in Randburg is committed to transforming art experiences through both traditional and unconventional approaches. We wrap up the show with what has been a beautiful women's month. A powerful voice that resonates faith, gratitude, celebration and unity. Multi-award-winning vocalist and singer-songwriter, Brenda Mtambo, blesses us with some amazing performances.

We kickstart the show with a fresh look at plastic recycling. A space full of creativity, beauty, and innovation. South Africa’s plastic recycling champions are proving that you can turn yesterday’s waste into stylish and functional art. Then we have a look at animation as it is fast becoming one of Africa's most exciting creative exports. Thereafter, we crossover to the Malibongwe Arts Festival- as Tribute To Women 2025 returns. It is one of South Africa's most powerful celebrations of music and womanhood, uniting legendary voices. Still in the spirit of creativity and celebration, the fourth edition of this year's Contra Joburg festival takes place later this month. Several visual artists will be expected to showcase their work. We also give some of the biggest creative minds their flowers as they are recognized at this year's bookmark awards for digital excellence. We wrap up the show as Afro Jazz singer, songwriter and storyteller, Sifiso Khanyile's music reminds us of his brilliance. Now onto a new body of work, we embrace his soulful melodies and passion.
