In art, we unwind and attempt interpreting how you view your friend on canvas through a 'Paint A Friend Acrylic Art Workshop' in Jozi. For the foodies, we meet a new Chef from Cremona, Italy who caters to all 5 senses. We experience his family dinners and expert techniques now in Joburg. After a four year break, songstress Thabsie is back to reclaim her spot in the African music culture scene with a new global Afro R&B crossover anthem.

This edition of Trendz Live was jam packed! We are celebrating champagne day and have the one and only Nhlanhla Mafu in studio with her brand-new song. We also continue to highlight October as mental health awareness month through thought provoking insights from Dr John Kani, Happy Ngidi and Kim Jayde. We also journey through the heart of a little island in the northwestern Pacific Ocean, Taiwan through a Taiwanese Cultural Music Experience took at the Lyric Theatre .Legendary Musician Nhlanhla Mafu from Mafikizolo recently launched a bridal range, to celebrate and adorn love through fashion. We explore the lush, green vineyards in the countryside of Stellenbosch. We were also on Africa's most luxurious train for a unique experience that honors legacies and the future of luxury by having a party on the train and we sign off with a cabaret style dance production that's currently taking Cape town by storm. 

Men's Mental Health, SA Arts at 'Back to the City,' and Sweet Treats in Jozi!

In this episode, we get reactions about men's mental health issues and also catch up on news around the world. Then we attend the iconic 'Back to the City' event in Jozi, embracing SA arts and the hip-hop movement. Musician Moonchild Sanelly, and Multi Award-winning Director & Multi-degree earner Sihle Hlophe. In Beauty, we focus on innovation with premier Lash Technician and visionary trainer Bongi Mabentsela. Her passion for revolutionizing the African beauty industry brings us the first-ever eyebrow extensions in South Africa. We chat to Moonchild Sanelly, known across the globe for her individuality about her new music and global adventures. In this episode we begin with a tribute to the late Bokang 'Malome Vector' Moleli who once graced our show. His fellow Basotho Music pioneer "Kommanda Obbs" reflects on the mark 'Malome Vector' made in the industry. Songbird Miss Hilary is onto a new fashion line and is giving XiTsonga dance classes. Then we enjoy a performance by SA's vibrant jazz saxophonist and composer Linda Sikhakhane whose found a way to create a conversation between the contemporary and traditional.
