Illuminating paraffin will decrease by one-cent at wholesale price. This was announced by the Mineral Resources and Petroleum Department. The department's spokesperson, Robert Maake has attributed the decrease in the fuel price to lower brent crude oil prices and the stronger rand against the US dollar...
